Before placing your order, please double-check that your birth date, time, and location are entered correctly. SoulCodex reports are non-refundable once purchased, as they are uniquely created based on the details you provide.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

SoulCodex reports are custom-made and generated in real time. Because each report is highly personalized and cannot be returned, refunds are not possible once a purchase has been completed. This aligns with standard practices across astrology, numerology, and metaphysical services.

3. Corrections & Errors

If you believe your report contains an error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

• If the issue is due to a technical error on our part, we will promptly correct it and provide you with a revised report at no additional cost.
• If the issue arises from incorrect information you provided (such as a typo in your birth details), a new order will be required.
